Week 1 — demolition and stabilisation
Demolition, debris removal, utility checks, first electrical/plumbing moves.
Weeks 2–3 — utilities and core
New electrical and plumbing runs. Bathroom tiling. Floor preparation.
Week 4 — surfaces
Plaster, paint, floor installation. Kitchen prep.
Week 5 — interiors
Kitchen install, bespoke joinery, doors. Final clean.
Week 6 — handover
Inspections, handover protocol, documentation, keys.
Note: complete renovations with layout changes realistically take 7–10 weeks. 6 weeks is for projects without major wall moves.
