Full gut renovation, Nusle apartment

Brief

64 m² apartment in Nusle — the full unit. This was a full gut renovation: we stripped the old fit-out completely and rebuilt from the structure outward. Electrics, water and drainage were fully replaced, masonry walls and partitions were reworked, and we installed air conditioning and blinds alongside a single finish standard across the home, including the children's bedroom and master bedroom.

Scope

Full interior strip-out within the apartment; protection of common areas; lawful waste removal
Masonry and partition work to design — demolition, new blockwork, non-load-bearing moves, and chases for new services
New electrical installation throughout — panel, circuits to design, cabling, sockets, switches, kitchen, lighting, and AC supplies
New cold/hot water and drainage runs end-to-end; pressure tests and compliance paperwork
Heating distribution adjusted or replaced on affected runs; connection to the building heat source
Window replacement throughout, including sills and sealing
Bathroom: waterproofing, tiling, sanitaryware, brassware, shower or bath, ventilation
Bespoke kitchen: worktop, appliances, and utility hook-ups
Gypsum suspended ceilings where designed — framing, service cut-outs
Floor levelling, build-ups, and final finishes (timber / resilient / tile by room)
Plaster, skim, and full interior paint including skirting and ceilings
Air-conditioning installation including refrigerant runs and electrical hook-up per design and building rules
Blinds (internal / window systems) — measure, install, and adjust
New interior doors, frames, and ironmongery; light fittings, final clean, and client handover
