Full 1+kk apartment renovation, Zizkov

Brief

32 m² 1+kk apartment in Zizkov — one living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and sometimes a small hall. This was a full gut renovation: we stripped the old fit-out and rebuilt from scratch — all new services, masonry as required, a new bathroom and kitchen zone, and finishes throughout.

Scope

Full interior strip-out within the unit; protection of common areas; lawful waste removal
Masonry and partition work to design — demolition, new blockwork, chases for new services
New electrical installation — panel, circuits to design, cabling, sockets, switches, kitchenette and lighting provisions
New cold/hot water and drainage; pressure tests and compliance paperwork
Heating distribution adjusted or replaced on affected runs; connection to the building heat source
Window replacement including sills and sealing
Bathroom: waterproofing, tiling, sanitaryware, brassware, shower or bath, ventilation
Bespoke kitchenette including appliances and utility hook-ups
Floor levelling, build-ups, and final finishes in the living zone and hall
Plaster, skim, and full interior paint including ceilings
New interior doors, frames, and ironmongery; light fittings, final clean, and handover
