These terms govern the relationship between Restavba s.r.o. and clients commissioning renovation works.

Contract

The contract is formed by signing a written works contract with a schedule and scope.

Price and deadline

The price and deadline stated in the contract are binding. Change-orders are only made in writing.

Warranty

We provide a 3-year warranty on works and supplied materials unless the contract states otherwise.
