Brief
78 m² 3+kk apartment from the 1930s. Client requested a full renovation including rewiring, a bespoke kitchen, a new bathroom and relocation of a non-load-bearing partition between living room and kitchen.
Scope
- Demolition, debris removal
- New electrical wiring with a new fuse panel in the hallway
- New water and drainage lines to bathroom and kitchen
- Non-load-bearing partition moved between kitchen and living room
- New three-layer oak floors
- Bathroom tiling; marble splashback behind the kitchen run
- Bespoke kitchen (MDF cabinets + marble top)
- Paint, new doors and frames
